By creating an account or using Galvani, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Galvani Is
Galvani helps owners track and structure separation training sessions with their dogs through timers, session notes, progress history, and shared care-team access. It is a training and record-keeping tool, not a substitute for professional advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account, including for collaborators you invite to a dog's care team.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, resell access, or upload unlawful or abusive content.
5. Availability
Galvani is currently offered free during early access. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
6. Training and Health Disclaimer
Galvani is not a veterinary or veterinary behaviourist service. If your dog shows severe distress, self-injury, or worsening behaviour, consult a licensed veterinarian or qualified behaviour professional.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, and its content are owned by Galvani and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. You retain ownership of the notes and data you enter.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account from the application settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Galvani is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
